We connect you with our trusted network of factories in China, manage all communication, and negotiate directly to secure better pricing and terms. Unlike Tier 0, which moves slowly on small orders, Tier 1 clients get priority access, detailed supplier breakdowns, larger order quantities, and faster lead times.
With our established relationships, production and shipping move sooner. While others wait weeks for suppliers to start, Tier 1 clients gain priority status and earlier delivery windows.

We identify and shortlist 3–5 vetted factories.
We gather quotes, negotiate terms, and present options.
You review the options and choose the best fit. At this stage, our flat fee is collected to move forward.
Sample orders can be arranged if you’d like extra confirmation before production.
Final supplier is confirmed. Once savings and order value are secured, our commission is applied, and production moves forward.
Pricing Model
Flat Fee
$500–$1,500 depending on product complexity and order size. This is charged only once, on the first order, and only if we’ve secured at least 10% savings. Easier projects or smaller orders fall toward the lower end of the range.
Commision
3–8% of your first purchase order value. The percentage is tied directly to results, meaning minimal savings (just over 10%) = closer to 3%, while significant savings justify the higher end.
Ongoing orders
For repeat orders with the same supplier, no flat fee is charged. Only the commission applies, tied directly to the savings delivered.
Why this model works
Our pricing flexes with your results. If sourcing is simple or your order is smaller, you won’t be overcharged. If we deliver strong savings, we earn a bit more, keeping our incentives aligned with your success.
