Overview
Tier 0 is a one-time service for new founders testing their first production run under $5,000.
It’s designed to help you take the first step, not to scale a business. Small orders move slower, receive less attention, and rarely qualify for factory priority. We use our established factory network in China to secure low MOQs and supplier access that new brands usually can’t get on their own.
You’re paying for access, speed, and guidance at the entry level, a way to place a safe test order and validate your idea.
However, Tier 0 does have limits. Because factories prioritize higher-value clients, timelines can stretch, and pricing won’t be as competitive. Once you’re ready for larger quantities, Tier 1 (Supplier Cost Reduction) delivers the full benefit: faster handling, better deals, detailed supplier breakdowns, and negotiation power that Tier 0 can’t provide.
If possible, skip Tier 0 and start with Tier 1 to save time and money. Tier 0 is how you start if Tier 1 is not within your budget. Tier 1 is how you grow.

Order is placed. Once your first batch is complete and results look good, we’ll help you transition into Tier 1 for faster production, stronger pricing, and full-scale support.
